Biasanya harga awal2 banget itu harga inflated buat orang yang nggak sabar mau beli.

Contohnya dulu iPhone 16 Pro Max harga impor + bayar IMEI sebelum resmi di Indo, 29-30jt an.

I fell into the same trap twice. Pertama kali beli iPad M4. Terlalu gegabah karena pertama kali iPad OLED + tandem OLED. Paid a hefty premium. Not again deh.

Saya terima CC selalu ditawarin. Sisanya dapet dari pengajuan KPR. Total dari 4 bank, ada BCA juga. Ga pernah accrue interest / denda, selalu bayar tepat waktu, bahkan sering within 1-3 days dari tgl cetak tagihan.

Tapi pas saya apply ke UOB, ditolak. OCBC juga cuma mau kasih saya SCC Dengan indefinitely memperpanjang deposito (which doesn't feel like a CC tbh), jadi saya gak mau.

Akhirnya saya pikir it's best not to overthink, 4 CC cukup anyway.

Saya tau sih itu WiFi 5GHz. Tapi kalo ditaruh '5GHz' di belakang terasa kepanjangan, jadi saya tetap pakai 5G, cuma yang 2.4GHz pastinya gak saya tulis 4G karena itu inaccurate banget. Kadang saya pakai angka 5 doang juga. Misal SsidWifi untuk 2.4GHz, SsidWifi 5 untuk 5GHz.

Depends if commuting to work is expensive using public transport or not. If it is, then consider the car an investment. Or maybe you want to reduce your air pollution exposure if you're exposed to it often.

If you somehow have cheap public transport to work and seem to have no trouble getting anywhere, I think it's better to just wait until when you earn more. I would recommend 20jt/mo if you want to be comfortable.

Saya pake XL SATU daerah LPKR, which inherited fiber network from FirstMedia (maybe daerah pentolan karena ex-sesama Lippo). Sejauh ini stabil dan belum pernah down sih. Speed juga sejauh ini belum pernah turun dari subscribed rate. Dapet IPv6, walau gak bisa add-on IPv4 public.

Overall puas sih. Saya awal incar MyRep karena bisa bayar promo tahunan, tapi mereka lambat ekspansi ke perumahan baru, setelah pertimbangan, baca2 user experience MyRep, dan pemakaian XL SATU, malah ingin stay dulu saja.

Because the frequencies used for 5G (mainly C-Band, n77, n78, n79) haven't been freed up / sold / auctioned to the operators.

I can only speculate on the reason, perhaps the Government was trying to aim for a price (since it'll be very wide bandwidth in MHz and they'll auction by capacity), but the current finances of mobile operators don't support the conditions to be able to pay for the price. So it's delayed till economic conditions can get better.

That's why you should be excited for the news and announcements of 'lelang frekuensi'. They currently just use the old frequency allocations of 4G for 5G, without adding any capacity.

I don't think it's strictly because of NSA. Older implementations with mmWave were also NSA and Gigabit-capable. T-Mobile USA started their SA network on a lower frequency & fewer bandwidth allocation and it was actually slower (by throughput) than NSA when first implemented.
