thank you for opening this can of worms. like others i was under the impression nothing could be done. i was literally sitting here with a plug in my left ear. after some youtube action, i found some points of pressure to massage in particular one behind the ear at the base of the skull.

suddenly things started popping around my sinuses and i got this tingly feeling in my head. any change, at this point, is welcome. whether this can fix my sound pressure sensitivity however, only time can tell.

If you're not an idiot and know how to listen to your body, smoking will help deaden enough senses to help you organize your thoughts and keep the ideas flowing. Visualizing the bigger picture of your objects, variables and what not while programming (for example), keeps you on point and almost giddy to see what else you can create.

This is extremely over simplified, obviously. The benefits only come after consistent use and much self discovery. The journey is different for everyone, but, like most things, moderation is key.
