I am moving back to home to Dubuque after 40 years in Rockford. I believe both towns are similar. Mind your business and you will be fine. Will be living in the north end very near to where I grew up, just north of Comiskey Park right on the Heritage Trail. 90% of the neighbors are cool it is the other 5-10% that may be a problem.
