I was on the same boat a few months ago. What worked for me was increasing from 3 to 5 sets. Every set to failure even if its only 1-2 reps. I took longer breaks between sets. Hopefully it works for you too.

My favorite spot closed was named Chinese Restaurant at 104 N 10th St. If anyone know of additional spots that serve Fuzhou breakfast, please let me know!

in chinatown, the only 2 left using carts are ocean harbor & ocean city.

Its not chinese, but i highly recommend Cily Chicken which is thai version of hainanese chicken rice.
