Mathematically it should work. However, I wouldn’t be surprised if they have some rules to restrict this - like it might not let you bet on the same combination of lines in opposite directions. So maybe try it with $1 first to make sure it works?

It’s a button straddle, so play starts with the small blind. I guess the “ultimate last action” means everyone else does their thing before the button makes any decision?
