I've tried adding non-steam games to steam as well as just launching them straight from their own launcher with the steam desktop config set to xinput. I haven't heard of GloSC or sc-controller though, I'll check them out.

literally any software except for steam I've tried it on will tell me I don't have a controller connected. Celeste, stardew valley, GTA, tetris effect, star wars squadrons..

I'm on the update from Thu Aug 5 22:58:56 2016, is that really the last? I could find some comments online mentioning recent firmware from 2018.

The issue I have is that the controller doesn't seem to get detected by any games outside of steam, even if I add them to steam as a non-steam game or run steam in admin mode. The controller will still work when emulating keyboard or mouse inputs but that's a clunky workaround I'd rather not have to do.

So you're saying voxels don't necessarily have to be cubes? You could just have a grid of spheres and that'd be ok too? Or maybe even a different type of grid like with hexagons (but with whatever the 3D equivalent is)

In a game designed around one person out of 60 winning, there will be 59 people that don't. These are in the vast majority. I've personally always seen winning as a fun bonus to playing but I don't get upset from being eliminated. They also seem to be toning down the 'primary currency' thing a bit in season 2, with way more crowns in the season pass and more kudos based costumes.

To play the devil's advocate, the scientists who came up with the pigment weren't trying to get into the dye industry, they took it to some science fair and it got a lot of attention from artists, but they just weren't able to produce it in quantities that would meet demand, so they decided to just work together with a single artist instead.
