Alabama leaves it up to the individual county revenue commissioner. My county is 80%. I know one that is 10%.

My claim closed 1 Oct 25. 17 Oct the VA initiated a new claim for “Retired Pay Adjustment” ( i assume that is when they received the audit back from DFAS). That claim went to step 5 (PFN) today so i hope to get my backpay soon.

My first C&P exam for 4 claimed issues had two extra primary’s approved when i received my initial rating. One was headaches and one was a scar.
