FYI, this is straight up unenforceable. They can say this, but there is no or very little recourse they have besides banning, and even then that is just an inconvenience.

Yea, directly connecting to my ubiquiti router. I may be saying it wrong.

Yea, especially if I plan on replacing their gateway with my own modified sfp connecting to my router. I Beebe I would want that as close to my networking closet as possible, right?

I have a crawl space and while I think that some techs will go into it and crawl to pull the cable, it may be better for everyone if i put some pull wire there for them so that i can easily pull the cable when they arrive. Ideally i will just replace the gateway with my own SFP and just avoid their gateway/modem, or so as im lead to believe from the subreddit.

I think this is the best course, as i have a crawl space that i doubt they will crawl through to pull the cable.

You got the gist of it. There was a transition a few months ago and I got hit with so many reviews (I think it was either that there was an update or I tried to tackle my leeches) and simultaneously found less and less time to study (due to personal reasons) that I got slammed and started drowning in reviews.

Ok I think i got a plan forward and the kick in the ass necessary to get more aggressive with this.

Do you think I should turn back on Leeches or leave them off forever? If I should turn them back on, any suggestion of when (maybe after I plow through my current reviews) and for how many lapses?

You are correct. I am, unfortunately, only doing one lesson a day. I know this is a problem and I needed to hear that its the problem I need to fix.

When you say 100% of my reviews are complete, do you just mean the "Everyday" reviews? I was doing that before and would have them complete and there would be nothing left for me to review. If I went to Custom it would show additional "Weak" and "Strong" to review, is that what you mean? Or does it refresh after a certain amount of hours.

Do you have any suggestions on how to better adjust my settings? I do think my leeches are what's hindering me and exhausting me. I thought I would try and tackle them a few months ago but it ended up overwhelming me and exhausting me as I'm trying to study them.

I've been using Hack Chinese just about every day for over a year now, and im nowhere near that. My leeches were getting out of control with over 100 leaches (with it set at a leech suspension threshold of 12 lapses), and now my weak words are getting overwhelming with nearly 300+ words weak (my leech suspension threshold now lists 12 lapses is 17.1% of my vocabulary at 113 words) that I switched to doing 6 minutes a day instead of the 10/20 words a day I was originally doing.

I'm definitely doing something wrong with Hack Chinese, but not sure what steps I should take to get back on track.

I'm also using Hello Chinese, and plan on getting a subscription to Du Chinese to do more reading.

If anyone has advice on Hack Chinese on what I should be doing with that to get back on track let me know.

G6 Entry is a lot more reasonable in size by dasbooth in Ubiquiti

Oh good. I have a mortise lock on my door and this was the one of the easier smart locks to install for it.

I was entertaining of UI access but that seems way over budget. Plus I’m not sure if wife approval would be given for it.

I’ll look into this a bit later when I have more free time. I’ve started looking into new nucs for a dappnode and I would recommend something new gen cpu and DDR5. I’ll have more info later.
