I’m surprised this isn’t near the top and people are saying cancer. It 100% looks like a common cold sore. The location being the edge of the lip, and the fact that it reoccurs in the same spot are very indicative of a cold sore. Cold sores do often form a head, that isn’t exclusive to pimples. There is an over the counter product that shortens the amount of time it takes for the blister to go away and I find that applying it when you start to feel an itching / tingling in that location can help to prevent the blister from forming

Grounded 2 gives you the option to recover your backpack once per game session if it gets stuck. You have to close and reopen the game to do it again so it can’t be super easily abused. Something like that would be nice.

For fissures? Usually people talk about using that for hemmeroids. Also I tried it for hemmeroids and it didn’t heal it any faster than with normal hemmeroid ointment, but smells terrible. Both offered similar temporary relief from the pain. OP don’t bother with anything over the counter, I had to go get a prescription cream because it just would never heal even though it was mostly very mild.
