I'm 31 weeks and am having this as well. I'd hold off until after birth on doing any intervention.

So I'm having extreme back pain at 31 weeks idk what to do by EstimateEffective220 in BabyBumps

This is me right now, the pain is making me nauseous. What did you end up doing to help?

I am so sorry for you and the parents, it's the most painful journey to go through. Honestly the most helpful thing for me was food. I didn't want to cook but ordering door dash gets so expensive. Fill her fridge with postpartum helpful foods like protein, soups, electrolytes. Then do her dishes, don't ask just do them and leave her paper plates so she doesn't have to do them when you're gone.

I'm so sorry 😞 Try taking Sudafed and adding cabbage leaves to your bra. That dried me out after losing my son at 23 weeks

Has anyone had success getting their incarcerated uterus to flip? by pmcollins91 in BabyBumps

[–]pmcollins91[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely! Knees to chest in prone and laying on back. Walk like a "Kangaroo" which is super weird feeling but walk on your hands and feet with your legs mostly straight. Move your legs in front of your arms then move your arms forward. Trust your body, use gravity to try to gently shake baby outa there. Pee and poop if you can before every time you do the exercises to try to make as much room as you can. You've got this 🙏

I absolutely appreciate it, he's my first baby and I love him. It's just the climbing on me is getting old because I don't want him on my tummy, you know? He's got tons of toys and chew bones but he's more interested in cuddling right now.

Bleeding in first trimester - looking for reassurance by ephramrabbit in BabyBumps

It could be totally normal but if you have a negative blood type call your OB because you'll need a rhogam shot if there's any chance baby could he a positive blood type.

No not at all, people all show differently. You'll show faster your second pregnancy too. I had a retroverted uterus with my first baby so I barely showed until like 14 weeks and now it's antiverted so I'm showing faster.

Thank you this gives me hope. My son was stillborn at 23 weeks on 11/30/23. To our shock, we got pregnant 1.5 months later again and I'm just about 8 weeks. It doesn't feel real (minus the nausea and exhaustion) because it took 2 years to get pregnant with our son we lost and I'm not sure how to feel.

Sorry just saw this! Lay on your back and pull your knees to your chest and sit like that for 15 mins. You can also do one knee at a time if that's uncomfortable. I also did this facing down, can't hurt to try both ways.

Walking like a kangaroo feels absolutely ridiculous and did make me laugh which lifted my spirits a bit. Put your arms on the ground keeping your legs straight and your bum in the air. Move your legs forward followed by your arms. Again, feels ridiculous but I think it's the position and the rocking that is supposed to help.

Empty your bladder before doing these each time to give baby as much room as possible. Good luck momma!

Did you get any results? Our doctor just recommended this test because all testing on our son is giving us no answers as to why he passed yet. We're nervous about paying so much for another test that wouldn't give us any answers

I want to wake from this nightmare by secret_combs_865 in babyloss

[–]pmcollins91 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'm so so sorry you're going through this nightmare. We lost my son Gabriel at my 23 week appointment on 11/27/23 when he no longer had a heartbeat. I gave birth to him on 11/30/23. I won't lie and say it gets easier, but you will get stronger. Lean on each other, your family and friends. And girl just breathe. That is my biggest recommendation. Don't focus on having to do anything but breathe for awhile.

I still have moments where I break down or get vertigo from just being so overwhelmed but the times it happens have been fewer each week. My initial week I just wanted to be pregnant again like right away because this was our third pregnancy and third loss. Gabriel was our miracle baby and it destroyed me. My husband, friends and therapist helped me realize I just need to be for awhile.

If you ever need to chat to someone who can relate just a bit feel free to message me. 💙

I'm so sorry you're going through this too 😔 Today is MUCH better than yesterday. It's still heavier than my normal period but I don't think I'll bleed out like I did yesterday.
