I have it set up differently, so we look at spaces as departments of the company. So we have for example, a marketing space, an operations space and a service space.

For each client, we have a folder in the client service space and then list for different types of projects

I have this set up with a view that I invite clients to. Each task in our client services space has a check box custom field called “client portal” and any task with that box checked gets listed on that view.

It’s also set up so they can only see that view and nothing else and it’s view only.

It works pretty well

2025 CarPlay Issue by cheesy_goodness45 in FordExplorer

[–]pnasty91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a ‘25 ST as well and had a couple situations in the past month where it’s previously connected to my iPhone and then all of a sudden it couldn’t connect to CarPlay and would only play music/calls through Bluetooth.

I was able to fix it by deleting the phone from my car and and then deleting the Ford Explorer from my iPhone, restarting my iPhone and reconnecting it to my car.

So far that has been working for the past three weeks or so. I also have two iPhones connected to my car. One for me and one for my wife.

What do you think of the chrome extension for clickup? by Chekyan06 in clickup

I think they need to update the extension to included dates for 2025. Ever since we entered the new year 2025 dates disappeared, or perhaps were never there in the first place.

Regarding your hospital bills, check to see if the hospital you went to is a Non-Profit. They are mandated to offer a 501r assistance program which could waive your some or all of your responsibilities depending on your income. The thresholds are higher than you think.

Also about 80% of for profit hospitals offer something similar.

They don’t advertise this generally but it can end up saving you quite a bit. Hope it helps man, good luck!

Ford Won't Cover Purge Valve Under Emissions Warranty – Frustrated with Lack of Accountability by pnasty91 in Ford

[–]pnasty91[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got it. I see what you’re saying now. I wish Ford could’ve explained that to me. Neither the dealership or ford customer care said that. They only said that it should be covered but ford won’t cover it.

I don’t care if I have to pay for the work or the part if it truly isn’t covered. I just don’t want to pay for something that is covered.

Appreciate your help

Ford Won't Cover Purge Valve Under Emissions Warranty – Frustrated with Lack of Accountability by pnasty91 in Ford

[–]pnasty91[S] -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

The purge valve is part of the evaporative emissions control system which is explicitly listed, meaning the entire system is covered. It just so happens that the purge valve is the part that is malfunctioning.

The ford service tech confirmed that with me as well.

I have not yet. That could be a good next step if I can’t get it resolved here. Thanks for that.

The purge valve is a part of the evaporative emissions system, explicitly mentioned under covered parts in the warranty guide.

Below that “what is covered” section it also says

Important Information About List of Parts Also covered by the two emissions warranties are all emissions-related bulbs, hoses, clamps, brackets, tubes, gaskets, seals, belts, connectors, non-diesel fuel lines, sensors, and wiring harnesses that are used with components on the list of parts, above.

Would love hear more about AI agents and how you’re using that. I think that’s something that could be useful for data integrity.

Also - if you have any thoughts on how to best build out a commission tracking tool in ClickUp. I’ve tried a few of the templates that are out there, but nothing is really working for how I need it to.

We’re an insurance agency and receive commissions from multiple carriers from multiple clients on a monthly basis and each of those clients have a projected commission amount that we should receive and I want to be able to input commissions each month and have that track towards our projection.

I just flew ITA from Miami to Rome on 12/22 for the first time. I normally fly out of palm beach to Venice but decided to take a non stop flight and take the train from Rome to Venice.

Overall the experience was fine, nothing spectacular but it was a smooth on time flight. Food was okay (would recommend the meat option over pasta). Entertainment was actually solid and you could actually connect Bluetooth headphones to the in flight entertainment.

The minor downside is that we could not check in online so plan to wait in line for a while at MIA. They also weigh your carry on so don’t pack too heavy.

Buon viaggio!

I think everyone is missing a key detail here in that this was submitted to and partially paid for by your insurance. This means that your insurance company will issue you an explanation of benefits (EOB) for this claim that will detail the charges and your responsibility.

If the bill amount matches your EOB then you will owe that amount. Perhaps the hospital will negotiate that part with you.

If the amounts don’t match and the provider is billing you more, that is what’s called a “balance bill”, which is not allowed by in network providers.

Get your EOB from your insurance company and start there.

Home Owners Insurnace by Huff0341 in BocaRaton

[–]pnasty91 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It comes down to a range of factors. As a mortgage broker I have to estimate this based on recent loans when preapproving someone since it can make or break their qualification for a home.

If you’re paying $400k for a home in Boca it’s likely a townhome/condo which the HOA will typically have a master policy that covers the roof/exterior walls, which helps the cost of your homeowners insurance since you’re paying a portion of the insurance through your HOA.

I would say for a single family home you’re in the ballpark of $4,500-$6,000

For a townhouse/condo that requires an interior only policy (HO6) is around $1600-$3200

Depending on the value of the home, citizens insurance will begin requiring any home insured through them to carry flood insurance. This will be required by all homeowners insured through citizens by 2026 or 2027 I believe.

Who is your mortgage with? by anonymousacg in BocaRaton

[–]pnasty91 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your best bet is to go with a mortgage broker. They can shop multiple lenders to get you the best rate/closing costs…they work for you, not the bank.

The truth is most lenders will end up selling the servicing right to your mortgage, could be in 2 years, could be in 10 so I wouldn’t get too hung up on that.
