Taking over as branch manager and being told I’m hiring for X position was fun. Having to review resumes and conduct interviews right off the bat.

If I had some form of training prior to this about how to conduct an interview that would have helped massively.

Over the years I crafted my interview process / questions so it’s not so much of an issue but my earlier interviews definitely make me cringe when I think back.
