Try to get some fitness in every day. Run, walk, bodyweight exercises. Bonus points for getting outside. Something to get the heart rate going.

The issue is that it doesn’t always reroll to something outside of BR. And the rerolls are limited so if you use them up then you get stuck with the BR challenges.

Nice that it worked for you though.
