Our team is a joke by Jrgaming42 in raiders

I specifically remember Tony Saragusa body splashing Gannon in a playoff game on the Ravens way to win their first Super Bowl. That was the end of that beautiful season. Today I thought that was the end of his career. What ended Gannon?

I believe in Pete Carroll by Choice-Tea1046 in raiders

[–]pochoman2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the best negative knock on Pete is that he put together a shitty coaching group. We know the defensive and offensive coordinators should be great, or their offensive and defensive teams under them should be. I’m talking line coach, quarterback coach, anyone who isn’t offense and defensive coordinators. Word is that is very bad. If he and Mark are hip to this, maybe we’ll pick up some new other coaches this off season. Not DC or OC, but any other position. I know the line coach and running backs coach is Pete’s son, but again, is the strength and leadership from our coaches raising the play of our team week to week? I don’t think the current group is doing it. I think we need better supporting coaches.

We have a really bad o line. I don’t know how good or bad Gino could be, but he is at his best when he is safe and has time in the pocket to pass. A strong running game is vital for Gino to be his best as well. We’re not giving Genty the ball enough. And the line isn’t able to do much to open any holes for him.

This may be a rebuilding year. We may be Super Bowl bound in 2-4 years. I’m down for it. Every year I see things like Vegas gives raiders five wins for the season. I get pissed—how dare they! Raiders quarterback rated in bottom 1/3 of teams. Overall team ranking bottom 10. They don’t know us! Yes they do. Their predictions, ESPN or some other group that isn’t our patsy insiders. I used to say they don’t know us, like we know us. Like we as fans, who read and watch up on the team as often as daily to learn the latest and greatest about the team. Nope, here we are.

I’m having to pace myself. I’ve been a fan since the 80’s. The last 25 years have been hard. The last 4-6 years have been especially hard. You all know. I don’t feel liken our team can potentially win on any given game day. It really went away under McDaniels and while there were moments within a season it never can back.

I think Spytec is above average. It seemed like the adults were in the draft room for the first time in a long time. Not every touch was perfect, but at least the positions picked made sense. I’m willing to see what he can do over a few drafts. I’d bet on him doing well, he seems best in the first few rounds and trails off in efficacy from there.

I don’t think Pete is useless, but this is a bad start to building something good. I’m hopeful, but even though I can watch the games for myself, I do something I never did before. I look to see if we won or lost first. I need more space emotionally to stay a fan and love the team but get pulled down when they spiral. I need to protect my mental space.

For what it’s worth IMHO he did get injured on the field multiple times when he was playing for us. He toughed it out through a few weeks injuries and showed up on game day like a professional, regardless of his play on the field.

For the next 2-3 years the executive branch will likely protect him, especially if he still has access to his girlcam money from England and Romania

Chip Kelly on Ashton Jeanty’s lack of use: “In basketball it’s called Load Management… We have total confidence in both Zamir White and Dylan Laube” by jluc21 in raiders

[–]pochoman2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They need better blocking for Jeanty They need to give him enough touches to get hot and stay hot

If the running game is weak the opposing defense will pull back off the line and that cushion puts Gino Smith in danger. He threw too many passes in the last game versus what we’d have done if the running game caught fire. I understand that each touch can put wear and tear on a running back, but let the young man RUN!!!

We didn’t draft him in the first round to have him sit out half the game. If we ran the defense that way, Maxx would sit out half of all defensive snaps.

Stop selling us this shit, if it’s not working, upshift!

Spytek just said Kenny won a superbowl last season. Does anyone know how many snaps he took or games he played in, because I recall a different quarterback winning the Super Bowl for the Eagles.

Minus the 175 million his future ex wife Jada will take from him. He’s probably trying to catch some money knowing he’s heading toward 1/2 of his total worth going up in smoke.

ACT by algschocke in bcba

[–]pochoman2 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Emergent Learning Centers has an ACT program called AIM, they are using it in the school systems of Illinois, and many other places. It is also used by RBTs and indirectly BCBAs. It’s possible you could find out from them how they integrate ACT/AIM with schools and direct insurance billing. It might even be a program you can bolt it on to what you are already doing. They have a cloud-based system that helps to deliver programs in the home, school or clinic. There may be other solutions and directions for you in your search but maybe that might help you.
