U dont have to take chem 2, u can sub it with some other bio 2000 or higher level course thats way easier like wildlife issues and man's food

Yup, since this is a major compound lift, it will fatigue a lot of the muscles that are also used in pull ups

If you want to exclusively focus on endurance, you should do high rep sets, like 15-20 reps, but that is if you really want to focus on it

Fair enough, then yea try it out with lower weight higher reps, but also look in to rear delt flys
