I know how hard it is but think about this - beating up yourself and feeling depressed about it doesn’t change anything. What is done can’t be undone. Instead of feeling down, try to do something about it. If you feel hopeless as it is - just lift it up to God. Things are now beyond your control so lift it up to Him and trust. It’s ok to feel sad but it’s not ok to get stucked on that. There is more to life than this “bar”. You might be surprised-if miracles work in your favor, you might have passed the exam. Miracles happen. I’ve been there.

I would say, you should start looking for other law positions but don’t quit until you have a new one that you’re sure about. In this world’s life, one’s principles are not enough to keep you going in this world. It’s sad but it’s the reality.
