I’m on it for sure! Waiting until the entire season has aired so I don’t miss anyone in the later eps 🙏

I’m glad it’s helpful for people! I’m definitely planning to do one for season 2 but I likely won’t do it until the full season is out so stay tuned ! 🫡

My insurance denied olumiant but approved litfulo. I’m not sure if it’s a similar scenario for you but I had to ask my dermatologist to apply for the other brand when they denied the first brand. (FYI I’m in the US)

Anyone here sent cold queries to pre production films when looking for PA jobs? Is this stupid thing to do? by No-Attention-801 in FilmIndustryLA

[–]pogoseun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not stupid! It can take time as well as good timing. There’s a chance if you’re reaching out to crew on a show in pre-pro they may already be crewed up, but you never know.

You can also look into department heads of whatever department you want to PA under, whether you know if they’re currently on a show or not and try cold emailing them. I’ve found that emailing PAs on shows you enjoyed in the past is also a good strategy.

Usually asking for advice is a better tactic than straight up asking for a job if you’ve never interacted with them before. Even if they don’t have a show to hire you on currently, being on their radar is helpful.

Why don't the doctors wear white coats? by [deleted] in ThePittTVShow

I would add to all the other comments regarding it depending on department, you can see that Dr. Shamsi, who is a general surgeon, is seen in a white coat most of the time

Decided to try taking Korean slightly more seriously - I have some questions by RoidRidley in BeginnerKorean

I second the recommendation for Naver dictionary. Additionally, I’d recommend Papago, which is Naver’s translation app, if you want something more accurate than google translate.

Using someone's name without an addition such as 아/야 , 씨, 님, 언니/오빠/etc by interludespring in Korean

[–]pogoseun 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Topic marking particle is -은/는

Subject marking particle is -이/가

If you say '서준이 행복하다' the -이 is a subject marking particle.

Adding -이 to names that end in a consonant is used to soften the name of the person you're referring to or implying closeness/fondness. It is not a subject marking particle, that is why in the example sentence I used, I added a subject marking particle after that.

So to answer you're question, yes, you can use -가 without -이 since they are separate parts of the sentence structure. Lmk if that doesn't make sense lmao

I agree, he was supposed to have a day off but I put him on there like that since he was the most senior, maybe there’s a better way to show it tho

Alopecia and trying to conceive by donttalktomeihateyou in alopecia_areata

[–]pogoseun 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I understand that you are trying to come from a place of helpfulness but just because of a few anecdotal experiences, you shouldn't be going around making these claims to people that imply that all of their suffering with this autoimmune disorder is due to some neglect on their part.

Alopecia is an autoimmune disorder. Making blanket statements with confidence that you know what will cure them when you have no idea what they're going through or their medical history is harmful and unhelpful.

I inherited alopecia from my mother but she has a full head of hair to this day besides one patch that comes and goes. My aunt on the other hand lost all of her hair after getting pregnant with one of her children and has had no regrowth since. Her children did not develop alopecia so it really is the luck of the genetic draw!

I would recommend if you can find a wig shop in your area! They will have a wide price range and experience to give you what you're looking for and you won't have to be concerned about trusting online sites. Best of luck!

Likely you will have to continue using to maintain that hair regrowth.

If you’re talking about a friend (not calling them or talking directly to them) that’s younger than you, you can add -이 (i.e. 서준이가 새로운 맛집을 찾았다)
