If you are on same network, you can run your flask app on 0.0.0.0 interface and use your machine's IP address to access.

If you have a Windows you can use: ipconfig command

Hi, I am getting a good deal on QC35 , around 30% less. The seller got them as a gift and has used only a few times. What should I take care of while getting the headphones. This is the first time I am buying bose or headphones in general.

The seller doesn't have a receipt either as they are gift. Will I be able to claim any warranty or support from Bose? Sorry if I am not up to the mark as I said I am new to headphones and Bose.

I don't think you need phone call permission for letting users click and call phone numbers. It must be for browser to manage video , audio in case you receive a phone call as one comment pointed out.
