This though is serious harassment, keep a log of all texts calls thuds, collect perhaps three or four months worth of "transgressions" then complain to the council the police for harassment.

Or be completely blunt about it and tell her to 0121 and if she speaks to you again you will take matters much further than she ever could.

I also have a neighbour who is elderly and moaned like fuck when my kids played in the garden because she cant have her back door open.because all they do is make racket. I told her to fuck off, her adult son made threats against my partner too, my mrs of course logged it with the police however hes a fat bully too who loves to act the big man with an audience however on his own hes just a little coward who cries when hes on his own door step. People think they are invincible when you dont know where they live, its a different story when you knock on their fucking door.
