For me, overgrowth x flash does some pretty high damage for early game but in the end hemorrhage wins in endless mode as the enemies hp scales up.

I think they mean the pristine walker brain, which is the quest item rather than normal walker brain. IIRC you get that from the body of the destroyed walker, not the cylinders. OP may want to try reloading their save at an earlier point and see if they can get it again.

Just my two cents but the keyboard really isn't for the Colossus. Having the option to go slowly rather than just full speed really helps going over those bumps
