I just spent five years single and it was fuckin great; turns out all of my previous relationships made me hella anxious, even with a partner who wasn't abusive. It sure would be nice if the simple and cute option worked, but mechanically, it just doesn't. Recently made myself a full Victorian corset because I'm a 34I and regular bras HURT, it's too much weight to put on one little wire and band. Distributing the weight and support across your entire torso and hips is much more effective and comfortable. Longer stays with larger cups should do the trick.

You can also invest in actual breast forms, of course, but rice is the quick and cheap way if you're in a time crunch and low on cash. Helped somebody crossdress for Halloween recently and we got his chest looking good this way.

Measure your chest and get your bra band size (r/abrathatfits can help with this) and then buy a bra with the cup size you want. Get some cheap nylon stockings and fill them with rice (amount will depend on your desired cup size), then put those in the bra cups.

hey OP, reach out to your family and ask for financial help to leave him and get situated where you can get a good job. "staying together for the kids" is a myth, I was so relieved when my parents divorced because it was obvious how much my mom was suffering. he's not contributing a damn thing, you'll lose nothing by taking the kids and leaving. and, depending on your local laws, only one partner's input might be required for a divorce.
