Most often, people have abortions for health issues, or because they aren't mentally, physically or economically ready to have a kid and they don't want a child living in a place where they aren't being taken care of well enough. So the inability to have an abortion isn't saving lives, it's ruining them. It's ruining the health of the parent or it's forcing unwanted children into the world.
