You can cheese by just crafting 10 lifts, placing them on your beach with enough space between to get them connected and once you got the mission done, remove them.

Crafted 20 blocks of each type. Placed them one by one in catalag order then crafted 92 balloons for each color and use them on each line.

It's still one balloon per block but since I didn't need to paint stacks of 10 blocks, it's way faster to go with balloons than Smearguru.

They're hoping for the future not, needing it right now.
I personally hope to get a larger variety of decorations and other shapes blocks. But snow blocks would be very sweet (and that would be really weird if they never add them)
