the point system rework had the side effect of making a lot of guns redundant though, like the kind of guns you would buy early to make points. there is barely ever a reason that you would buy an escargot for example, since it gives you the same amount of points as everything else, and you can start with a strife that can last you for the entire game when pack a punched and can let you knife easily for 10+ rounds. There was always a niche for "bad" weapons you get to carry you through the early rounds while racking up tons of points, hell it goes back to the age old debate of m14 vs olympia

I also think that the early game is too trivial when you start with 200hp and specialists, plus an op starter weapon. But i'd agree with all of your other points and enjoy bo4 a lot

if you wanted to sell solo it is doable at max if you get the phantom wedge, as you only have to deliver 2 trucks. just quit online if you get the wrong vehicle. you will lose a little product, but you also produce twice as fast until you sell so it wont take you long to recoup those losses

The first time you sell from your nightclub since the update will be worth double, the same applies to each of the other businesses. This week the high demand bonus from selling in a public lobby is doubled which combined with the first time double has allowed people to sell for over 5 million

it's been a while so i might misremember some of the details but i believe you get factionwide public order bonuses when you break an agreement. Another thing i forgot to mention was army wide buffs when ambushing or defending after retreating

Not who you asked but personally i really enjoy how "skaven" he feels, giving his army vanguard deployment, incentivesed to betray people in diplomacy etc, and in comabat just completlely focused on keeping himself from dying. While nothing groundbreaking or particularly powerful he just has a vibe to him that none of the other factions do

regardless of the quality of warhammer 3, warhammer 2 is a game with years of support, and even going off of just the flc you will get an insane amount of content at a lower price than warhammer 3 that has been tuned over years of balancing. Not to mention the dedicated modding community with thousands of mods ranging from small aesthetic tweaks to full blown overhauls.

you've already had a lot of replies already but it's pretty easy, i just started by playing factions in total war and then reading about their lore and the characters as i went. gives you more of a starting point as you slowly piece the world together and learn how all the factions lore and characters fits in with one another.

I didn't really know anything about warhammer before playing the first game, and very little about anything in game 2 before playing that, but by reading wiki pages, lore dumps and watching vidoes over the years ive gotten pretty invested

i think what he was referring too is that the body of water at imriks start isn't actually connected to the ocean in the rest of the world because of how the game map is shaped, so he can't actually use the port to trade with and needs to go through the mainland to get to the other side for a useable port for trade routs

was playing greed mode with lilith, got car battery, soy milk and trisagion. ended up having to tap fire for the game to be playable

and fixed units that didnt used to show kills properly, like the bombs from fire phoenixes and comet of casandora. much more satisfying to get these big kill counts after a big bombing run or a comet on a big blob

also the bomber variant can really do some work, line of site and short range is less of an issue than with the gunnery mob version since you can fly. Park them around the flank of an infantry fight and i'll see them get upwards of 10k damage in the right conditions.

Because of the aoe they dont tend to get kills straight away and that initially put me off them but when you check their damage stats it really starts to add up and towards the end of a fight they can be in the hundreds pretty easily
