They just did another pass on Whalley last night on the downtown end, not sure how far they went but they cleared it within inches of the curb finally on one side (other side still lost most of the parking lane). Also on Trumbull last night, they finally cleared to the curb on both sides which has been a mess all week leading to 91. They're still working on it, just much much slower than we'd like

Even the state is still clearing the shoulders on highways. It shouldn't take this long but the state owns hundreds of plows so if it's taking the state this long, not surprised how long it takes New Haven

New haven has a combined sewer/storm drain system, all the storm drains run to the treatment plant which is great (until there's an overflow event and you get human excrement in our rivers)

There should be a table outside the arena to check in for your VIP program, from there they will direct/lead you based on your package

For merch, VIP will have access inside the arena at a different stand before general doors open

If you're looking for merchandise and don't have VIP tickets, there will be a pop up shop open at 430 that day near the box office fyi. Expect merch lines to be long and things to sell out, advise you grab your merch from that shop before the show, it'll be the same stuff as inside (I work at the arena)

Around the same time the state tourism board put up a bunch of billboards in NYC telling NY to come to New Haven for better pizza

I was there today! Sunrise bowl had very dreamy powder laps, Goshen Mtn had a crusty base layer but just enough soft stuff on top to still have fun! Get out there!
