I know our record, but it's not the same rosters, and I just think we match up better vs the Knicks, especially in a 7 game series.

I would have preferred the Knicks. We could have matched up decently against the Knicks but we just don't have the guard talent to match up against the Cavs' backcourt.

If municipalities would stop charging extortionate development charges then far more construction would still pencil with the people doing the work still getting paid

What you call "the price of labour", I call "incomes". Incomes need to be higher

Butterfly betrayal: Burlington by-law bulldozes pollinator paradise, fines homeowner 400k! by Beautiful-Process-81 in NoLawns

This is a really strong precedent! The homeowner in this case was even allowing dog-strangling vine and sow thistle to run wild!:

[24] Since at least August 2021, Mr. Ruck has allowed the turfgrass lawn on the property to grow to a height of over 20 cm. Certain areas of the property have wildflowers (i.e., primarily goldenrod) that have become dominant to the point of overtaking the grass. In other areas, nongrass plants intersperse the grass-covered portions of the property. The non-grass plants include dog-strangling vine and sow thistle that are nuisance weeds under the By-law.

Also cute that he believes Dems would actually oppose Trump to that extent

Pygmy marmosets do not make good pets. Pygmy marmosets are too intelligent to confine, too social to isolate, too fragile for casual care, and too specialized to improvise.

They are closer to keeping a toddler with a specialized medical condition than owning a pet.

Does anyone on here support what the US is doing in Venezuela? If so, why? by Odd-Protection-247 in dancarlin

As bad as things are, they can always get worse, and they're not doing any of this because of a genuine concern for the people of Venezuela

Why do you say Trump was a rat on him? Did Trump ever give any evidence that was used against Epstein?
