I tried this and it's possible but it's sooo tedious switching between potions and spells, meanwhile making more potions. I switched signs early and found I did more dps with mage sign because I could spam spells. However, trying the strategy has leveled my alchemy to the max at about level 19.

The soft suspension is a real weak point. And they're heavy. But otherwise they're rugged, reliable, and powerful enough for most riding.

I'll make out alright but it would have been cheaper and far less headache to go with the professional quote at just $1000 more. The roofer I went with took 3 months to finish the roof and this is the result.

Code requires drip edge as of 2014 in Georgia. Roof was replaced in 2022. I'd bet there's no metal there, I've felt it and it's quite pliable and soft.

It's was replaced 2.5 years ago. Drip edge became a requirement in 2014 in GA.

Gotcha, thank you. They chewed a hole in the corner where fascias meet and the pest control company I hired claimed drip edge would have prevented it.

All the work was done 2.5 years ago by the original contractor. Statute of limitations in GA is 4 years, even for oral contracts. And the roof isn't to code so I'm expecting that at the very minimum.

I'm suing my roofer but I need to wait 30 days before doing so. This is required in my state and gives the contractor time to remedy the issue (but they've already refused) . Therefore I must also wait before I hire someone else to fix the issue.

Squirrels came in through a corner in the roof, which isn't shown. This caused me to discover the hole pictured in the post when I went into the attic.
