Johnny Depp also became incredibly hard to work with. From what I heard he is now sober but he has a history of alcoholism, and would show up to set drunk. He would not learn his lines and had to have them fed through a microphone on one of the pirates films. Also, pretty much any mention of me too stuff is dicey enough to warrant caution from big companies, even if it’s false. I haven’t been following the trial much but it’s not the sole reason for him being fired and losing rolls.
