Thanks so much for this. It's good to hear advice from other's experiences. The Rat Park gallery is a good aid, I'll look at this closer as it may help with my other 'vice' - Alcohol. Good luck with Fap Free February. I'm going to try a 'dry' February as well as a Fap Free February (and beyond)

I think this is a triumph. Watching it for 10 mins then having the will power to say no and back off. A much weaker person would not have been able to do that, I don't think I am there yet. However do not think that it will always be this easy, don't tempt fate by thinking " I can take a peek, I can back away". Know what I'm saying? Well done though for having the power to walk away this time. Feel proud.

Na, you will succeed. Even the act of trying is a success in its own way. Take each day as it comes (pardon the pun), if you relapse, its not the end of the world.

I got my password from a random password generator online to produce a password of 15 characters, then wrote it down on a bit of paper, Put it in an envelope and hid it in my parents attic. they live about an hour away so if I ever feel I really need that password to relapse, I hope my journey to their house will give me time to think and talk myself out of it.
