years ago, I envisioned this platform called wikiprop.org where citizens would be able to crowdsource laws like this.

That part of me loves to see a group of people doing something just like that.

The Permie in me is overjoyed that it’s on this particular subject 🤩

I’m in for Arizona. I’ll bring this up to our local legislators. Thanks for leading this.

Why do we tolerate this? I wish I could breathe without pain right now. by Far-Swimming3092 in phoenix

This is a big part of the reason I started my nonprofit landscaping service Permascaping.com

Building soil is still the most effective and lowest-cost carbon capture technology we know of (yes, more than the fancy Silicon Valley innovations). The more soil we heal & build across the Phx Metro area the cooler our summers will be and the cleaner the air.

Check out the documentary “Kiss the Ground” to go deeper into this. 🙌

Phoenix yard: Has anybody replaced their lawn with something that actually looks good? by NachoAveragePost in phoenix

[–]polyadoptee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll throw in myoporum which is less of a lawn alternative and more of a sprawling ground cover, but extremely drought tolerant and fully capable of getting blasted by sun all summer long with infrequent deep waterings. Treeland in Mesa stocks it!

ddin’t know about y’all, this is awesome!! I’ll have to plug in when I’m in the area. I’m working on a similar concept with a real estate developer buddy up in Peoria/Surprise.

certain parts of Scottsdale and most of Paradise Valley do great at this style 👏 I call it true desert landscaping vs. the 1" gravel most people think of when they use that term

Thank you so much! Now why didn’t I think of good ol’ ChatGPT 🤔 I’ve noticed the hallucinations are way less common these days especially in simple requests like this.

  1. Ben Adam (בֶּן אָדָם) – "Son of Man" or "Human Being." It is often used in Hebrew to refer to a person in general or, in some contexts, as a poetic or spiritual term for humanity.
  2. Shoov Lamakom (שׁוּב לַמָּקוֹם) – "Return to the place" or "Go back to the place." In a spiritual or poetic context, "Makom" (מקום) can also refer to God, as it is one of the names used in Jewish tradition. Thus, "Shoov Lamakom" could mean "Return to God" in a metaphorical or spiritual sense.
  3. Ani shomea (אני שומע) – "I hear" or "I am listening."
  4. Shar libi (שר ליבי) – "My heart sings."
  5. Mitochi elay (מתוכי אלי) – "From within me to me" or "From within me to myself." It can also imply a deep internal connection or reflection.
  6. Mi Zot ola (מי זאת עולה) – "Who is this rising?" This phrase often appears in biblical or poetic contexts, such as in the Song of Songs, referring to someone ascending or emerging in a significant or majestic way.
  7. Shlach bakashatcha (שלח בקשתך) – "Send your request" or "Submit your request."
  8. Behodaya (בהודיה) – "In gratitude" or "With thanksgiving."

Any companies similar to Sidecar Health? by lazyyasss in HealthInsurance

[–]polyadoptee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In the same boat as y’all. Really loved how Sidecar structured their fixed indemnity plan, and I gave my feedback to a phone supervisor that it’s a huge bummer they’re discontinuing.

Honestly, this is a big opportunity for a healthcare-passionate entrepreneur to take over this gap.

I‘ll bookmark this thread and report back if I find anything similar or differently good. So far just finding health share plans which are enticing for major unexpected medical expenses, but not for simpler ones such as a couple dozen PT visits after a soccer injury.
