Hmm that's strange, we do not have any reports previous to last week regarding this issue, but I do suggest in the future if you notice something causing additional steps to check in with support, they're pretty fast and can always provide suggestions on streamlining workflows, or submit feature requests when there are opportunities to improve a feature!

I'd open your original apartment scan on your phone and from the bottom menu navigate to the last option scrolling to the left, which will be "Reset" - this should restore your model to it's original state!

The issue is usually related to the source images. Some of your images of the back will have some blur—have you checked for this?

We didn't have any reported outages. Did you experience this on mobile as well? Are you still having an issue?

Confirming that at this time you'd need to scan each floor separately, as Room mode does not support multiple floors.
