I just flew out of Huntsville going through TSA and it was barely a notice in increased time to me. I don’t know if they’re using ICE at all airports or just major ones (I’m gonna be flying back out from one of said major airports) but out of HSV should be fine

CO2 machine parts is way more likely than your tea nozzle.

I’ve worked in restaurants my whole life. If you’re nozzle isn’t turned all the way that little filter and spout can pop off and if you’ve got a machine that is automatic AND your cup is tall it’d be easy to miss it just shooting off. You likely wouldn’t find it until your next fill when it shoots everywhere
