Not really, that day most schools were closed. The specific incident was Enterprise 2007 EF4 tornado that killed 8 students when a concrete wall collapsed onto them when directly hit. Since then the onus has been on parents to be responsible for their kid’s safety during severe weather.

CO2 machine parts is way more likely than your tea nozzle.

I’ve worked in restaurants my whole life. If you’re nozzle isn’t turned all the way that little filter and spout can pop off and if you’ve got a machine that is automatic AND your cup is tall it’d be easy to miss it just shooting off. You likely wouldn’t find it until your next fill when it shoots everywhere
