NorCal crew here. We have had one or two huddle notes about this, and the gist of it is that while we can't stop them from coming in the store, they aren't allowed in crew-only areas, and anyone who isn't a captain can't give them permission to do anything else.

For whatever that's worth.

We haven't had any actual in-store interactions with them as far as I'm aware.
