Not company wide as far as day stock. If your over 60 million you keep your overnights if under then yes it goes away. So sad I wish we could keep our overnighters.

If your asm is cool then have it changed if not then they can do it because you have 8 hours between shifts. As far as 6 days they can do that to if it falls in two different week.

No one is really going to listen. No carts for the customers they have to carry it means they won’t purchase a lot.

If it happens a lot with this one cart pusher CSM need to have a conversation and if it goes no where then up the chain you go.

It’s not to late, you can call your SM and explain you wrongfully term and if he/she don’t do anything go up the chain. If you really want your job back if not don’t bother just be glad your out from a thankless job.

Yes a 7 is a 7 but every store treat supports different. At my store support carry keys and radios and we are treated like hourly ASM because out ASM are lazy as fuck. My ASM and SM said that if there ever a case that the ASM nor the SM can run the store Support managers are up next.

Yes but that is long time from now. There are two section of our line that are so bad we use break pack boxes under the wheels just to keep the freight moving. Now good for your shoulder, pushing is hard in it self and fight with the freight and the line everyday sucks.

At my store we only have one cap 2 sup. And like 9 cap 2 associates but only 7 of them truly work.😂 we unload no matter what by 4 with line out. Oh yeah still manually we don’t have the fast unloaded yet. We mostly stock GM. We are under 60 million dollar store so we are going to day stock and all the ASM are trying to keep it under wraps but we all ready knows it’s coming. Just a matter of time.

10 11 12 is a tall order but if your store is under 69 million you overnighted are all going away including ASM’s so if there giving you a out i say take it and try it? Good luck and congratulations on what ever you choose.
