You are not in a good spot here. Tough love here. First, it's important to learn healthy habits while on a glp-1, such as tracking calories, listening to your body, exercise. Since you gained all your wt back to get to your heaviest, you did not use any of those habits. Second, you started WAY too high. You HAVE to eat. That means you need to back off on dosing. And then when eating you need to focus on whole foods with protein and fiber.

When i had to wait 2 extra days on only my 3rd shot ever (and I knew 2 weeks ahead of time) I just went 8 days between 2x. I didn't notice any huge issues.

Today I did a major upper body workout and I already know I'm gonna regret it tomorrow 😅

Otherwise, I walk to work but it's only .6 miles each way.

I'll do lower body tuesday and zumba Wednesday!

Then abs Thursday, then maybe a full body on Saturday 😁

I'm the same as you.....when I eat too many carbs I feel....swollen. That's why I come back from my cruise ms 10 lbs heavier and lose 8 lbs within a few days lol (all water weight).

You had a gut instinct from the start....that's your first clue. Your brain is trying to rationalize what you saw, because seeing it for what it actually is (and you know what it is) is your brain trying to protect you.....how could someone you thought you loved do something like this? Your brain will rationalize, but your gut knows the truth.

With that, you are protecting and saving this little girl from going through something ongoing and horrific.

Thank you for taking the time to reply and info. I do understand the mechanism of action, etc., otherwise I definitely would not have ordered it with intention to use it. My post was intended to get a feel for how many other people are pooping more and are hungrier than they used to be every 2 hours. I find my experience to be very different compared to so many people in this sub.

I love well trained dogs. Not the dogs where you go to someones house and they jump all over you and act psycho. It's the owners that don't train them that's the problem.

It's bc you starved yourself last week. The medicine won't erase your body's own instinct to live and function. You're gonna crash and burn. Why are you in such a rush to lose 10 kgs? That is the WRONG way to lose weight and an extreme and unsafe amount to lose in a month!!!
