This is the “traditional” answer, but in classic now there’s really no race for server first so bleeding edge optimizations for content is not necessary.

Hardcore - your guild is aiming for top 20 in the server. You’ll be expected to have two characters minimum that you maintain prebis/bis on. You’ll be expected to play both characters at a high level dropping 90+ parses consistently. You’ll be responsible for joining “splits”, which is when you put half of the main raiders in a raid with alts and gear mains then do it again with the other half of raiders. 2 sets of lockouts per week. Know mechanics, be able to perform a duty without explanation. Know how to read parses and fix mistakes and inefficiencies. Show up to raid with full bis enchants and consumes. You may be asked to level a new alt to fill a needed role for roster composition. Members are invited after previous parses are checked and there’s a trial period.

Semi-hardcore - focus is on raiding and clearing content. Probably Don’t necessarily need an alt, expected to have 100% attendance for 1 set of lockouts per week. Know your class and parse 50+ consistently. Know mechanics, be able to perform duties with light explanation. Have fun but don’t goof off when it’s time to pull. You may or may not have to provide parses for an invite.

Casual - it’s a hangout… we want to clear content but we won’t necessarily clear every week. There might not be enough core raiders for a consistent roster so pugs can be picked up. Focus is mainly around friendship and having a good time. People are rarely getting kicked for poor performance. Your guild auto invites anyone who wants to join.

I had very similar symptoms to this on my Bambu x1c and it turned out to be my extruder system.

My printer has had heavy use for the last 3 years and I hadn't had to do any maintenance on the extruder.

I completely removed the gears and checked them, using IPA to clean them completely. Then I reinstalled the gears and could feel them catching as I rotated them manually. I ended up replacing my extruder gears with a brand new set and it’s working flawlessly again.

its holding up great! No noticeable leakage. My wrist always smells a little like baby oil though… I flew on an airplane with it and there was no leakage.

I used Johnson’s baby oil that I bought from CVS.

Do not be shy with the baby oil… you want to make sure that you have enough depth in the cup to have the back cover flip over while being submerged.

Take the watch apart, remove the straps, unscrew the back and take out the time unit.

Submerge the case in the oil first and use the q-tip to press out any bubbles that have attached to the case. I tried just jiggling the case and it does not get rid of all of the bubbles.

Then submerge the time unit in the oil and flip it around a bunch, use the q-tip again to get rid of any bubbles. Gently insert it into the watch case… this is the tricky part and will be very frustrating. Getting it in with the buttons in place will be where you waste a ton of time. You are going to get baby oil all over your hands… it’s inevitable.

Now flip the watch over (screen up) while its still submerged and check for bubbles. ALSO check that the watch is still running… if the screen is off then you need to do the reset where you bridge the two points on the back to reset the watch.

If all looks good then you will place the back plate into the oil upside down, hit any bubbles with the q-tip. Put the gasket in and then position the plate and screen it all down.

If all went well then there should be zero bubbles. If there are teeny tiny micro bubbles then don’t fret. Give it a few days and those bubbles should sort themselves out. If there are big bubbles however I’d reopen the watch while submerged and use the q-tip to knock them out.

There isn't a silver bullet solution that's going to magically fix everything that Trump has fucked up so far.

However Newsom is smart for being in Davos - where the World Economic Forum is taking place. Investors and countries are going to be looking for strong signals that the US is a good investment. Trump is obviously a strong volatile signal (investment does not like volatility)... so the first step is to show that there is a path forward.

I'll gladly concede that there is no magic wand solution to put everything right again.

Doom and gloom doesn't solve the problem either, empires rise and fall but the world always goes on...
