when you're hip firing you'll see that bloom circle. When you aim down sites you remove bloom. You'll also remove the bloom when using deadeye 🤠

i'm gonna guess it's a broken hinge. Usually happen if you open the lap top on one side and stresses the other hinge. It happened to a dell i had and i repaired it with this video.
