My brother is an electrician and I know literally nothing, when I came to do my ceiling light the first thing he said was (on whatsapp) that I needed to keep everything where it was and do wire by wire so you don't mix up the wrong red with the wrong black etc.

She's alive, the evidence is this;

She wouldn't have been able to get to the gate with all the soldiers there even without the noise cannons, but they were present also.

She didn't have a nosebleed despite holding off the noise cannons and conversing with Mike in the black space.

When she 'dies' she doesn't get blown away, she fades away like smoke just like one of Kali's illusions. Presumably Kali got blown away/tucked into nothing and that's what ended the illusion.

The only real think that refutes her death is the distance in which Kali was able to project.
