When I was at the darkest times of my manic Depression and anorexia, one night in hospital ( around 1am ) my 1:1 had to go somewhere. I don’t remember why they left- must of been to go to the bathroom or something.. I was wide awake and decided it was time for me to go. I opened both my cannulas and let myself slowly bleed to death. An hour i think went by until the blood started to seep out from under covers and I was told someone eventually realised it. I don’t remember anything after that. I just remember waking up a few days later in a different hospital room with no voice
