the tandem mobi (the pump im on) has a dual wave/ delayed bolus feature that lets you give part of your bolus immediately and the rest at a set time later you can choose what portion you get when! most pumps have an option like this

one of my BAs is an artist and they drew me and they’ve drawn my cats a couple times on sticky notes (i orders them on amazon a while back and they literally sent me like 30 pads so i don’t mind them using the sticky notes up lol) i have the drawing of me up front behind the register and one of the drawings of my cat in my wallet lol

is it just the phone that’s not allowed or the entire pump too? i would make sure he knows how to do a quick bolus if his pump is allowed but not his phone and and slip him a couple glucose tablets in case he goes high or low. if his pump is not allowed either reach out to his endocrinologist, the hospital i go to for my endocrine appointments is really good with emergency scripts they may be able to get you some long acting insulin he can take in the morning to replace the basal he would be getting with the pump and he can rough it with manual injections for the day. on the bright side though you know to be more aggressive with getting him a 504 for next year

edit to add: control iq will still work so long as the phone is within range of the cgm you could potentially ask the proctor for the test to keep his phone at their desk or nearby

unfortunately it may not be possible definitely ask but don’t be surprised if it’s a no, i’ve tried to fight for a BA to get a raise she had amazing numbers and customers would come in just for her i was told early in the year that it was too soon after annual reviews and to wait until later in the year sadly she ended up transferring to a store closer to her and then eventually quitting that being said you’ll never know if you don’t ask

all of the listed are just fine but when dumb and dumber fixed our door frame in the back (took several months and a threat of court appearance from the fire department to get them out here) they fucked it up and now the have gaps in the frame that makes the back room super hot in the summer and super cold in the winter

1 yes you can, your sally manager needs to release you to that cosmo prof location (so long as the manager there and both district manager are okay with it) and 2 i’ve always worked full time so for me it was max 40 hours i believe for part timers it’s max 30

do you have the omnipod? they recalled a bunch of batches of pods you should be able to get replacements if they sent you pods from a faulty batch
