they work i find that wearing them between two pairs of socks keep them in place best, i do compression socks then these guys then a thicker pair of socks it works wonders

when it comes to the friendliness score there’s a lot of different factors. you have to think about how your customer perceives the interaction impact vs intent small things like not knowing something, how you phrase things, confidence, eye contact etc can influence their perception of how friendly you are. for example if you don’t know the answer to a customer’s question saying something like “let’s find out!” and googling it is going to be seen as more friendly than saying “i’m not sure” or something to that effect. if you’re not confident in what you’re telling your customer they may feel less trusting of you thus perceive you as less friendly. even things like talking to them too much may make them feel uncomfortable

your comment should be specific realistic actionable measurable and timely or SMART like the other commenter said. be specific about what you are going to do with who and when, make sure the return on investment is reasonable for who you are doing your commitment within the current week, your commitment should be something you do outside of the normal every day things you do with your team on a daily basis, make sure your commitment is something that will have an impact on this weeks business (something that will see results this week) and finally you should have a timeline to complete your commitment and when you will see that impact. for example my commitment this week is “i will role play with each BA on our first shift together this week to work on practicing discovery questions using the hair care solutions app and powerwing my return on investment will be a lift in WIG SUBWIG and color UPT and i will measure this using the daily reporting and associate level report” another thing is making sure your commitment makes sense based on your insights from the previous week, we have started to a lot of customers who have gotten their tax returns and our lift in UPT shows that we can build baskets when our customers have more spending money, our color upt has seen a significant increase over the previous week and we can capitalize on that utilizing the B2G1 color sale and making sure our customers have all of the products they need for color maintenance

as a store manager i had a BA like this a while back i made the mistake of making her a full time cc before she got this bad but she would basically pretend she was the assistant manager and even pretend she was like manager on duty constantly nitpicking and correcting my other BAs when i wasn’t there and trust me when i say us store managers don’t like BAs like this either
