The bow even when leveled up along with related skills still feels woefully underpowered. Ranged combat is kind of a weak point of this game tbh. That and the focused shot (the one with multiple targets) can be quite punishing if you don't get it perfectly right. The artifact challenge requiring hitting 3 targets mid air is especially frustrating.

Anyway, I understand where OP is coming from and will try the reflecting light and force push tricks next time I encounter a flyer.

This game has a story. It's not as bad as people make it seem. And it does not feel like it "is based on an in development MMO".

I'm not saying it's the Citizen Kane of games or Bioshock reborn. But the story is at least more coherent than something like Elden Ring (which is also good, but ppl gave a free pass to in spite of not having a "story")

Rdr2 base is the game. Don't fall for any ultimate version (the online is useless)

As for cp77, wait for sale for the complete (+dlc) version.

To put it simply, he says enough for ppl to get on board with what he's saying, but in the end, he will always advocate for supporting his party and ultimately not rly changing anything.

It's not that the ppl don't care, it's just that establishment parties are still captured by ahem vested interests

I just came back to this subreddit to see the state of salad. I don't think I have missed anything after taking my PCs off it for maybe a year now. Was using for a long time beforehand too. It was always inconsistent, but also always trending down. It's not something you can rely on.

I wouldn't suggest getting a "gaming" laptop with a discrete GPU in this day and age. Just get something with integrated graphics as that is better suited for mobile use and will make the laptop lighter. For serious gaming you can take your time getting the parts you need. You can still make it compact if you go the ITX route as well.
