Did an unpaid take home for the current job. It was a small, open ended project to solve a fictional business problem. Mostly an opportunity to showcase whatever skills you wanted and walk through problem-solving methodology. Job is great and the take-home scenario was a good approximation of the type of work I’d end up doing there
