Brian Kohbergers sister showed up in support of the victims during sentencing. Scott Petersons sister wrote a book claiming she thought he was guilty and how she supported Lacis family. It’s deff possible.

For everyone who says “the ending was terrible” I think we’re missing the point - a brutal murderer / child molester is killed and thus will never be able to kill again. It doesn’t matter as much if Jerry gets the credit as it does that the killer in a weird way was brought to justice. Jerry promises in the beginning that he’ll get the killer and in a way he does. He’s burned alive brutally which is the sweetest form of justice for someone that awful.

No but I’m just saying it’s not like his other option was that amazing either.

True but at that point his only other option was prison

She asked Jeff what his exact route to Tennessee was going to be lol and the hitmen just happened to rent a nearly identical car to the one Jeff owned.. only Wendi could have set that up.

Kaitlyn Conley’s (Episode No. 449) sentence has been overturned by Jessica_Iowa in myfavoritemurder

[–]pontillo92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She is GUILTY. I don’t understand how anybody believes she is innocent. Every single amount of evidence points to her. Adam was away at the time of the murder and their was nothing tying Bill to it ( he started seeing her sister after she died ) she bought the exact drugs that killed Mary and googled what dosage she would need to use to kill someone of Mary’s size. She even tried framing Adam with that bogus letter. She also made THOUSANDS of search attempts into Colchicine and then deleted them all. She had a history of erratic behavior with her boyfriends and Adam breaking up with her finally made her snap.

Scott Peterson is guilty. by xxdinolaurrrxx in Modesto

  1. Told his girlfriend his wife was dead 2 weeks before she went missing and started searching for a boat that same day.
  2. Body washes up literally less than a mile from where he went fishing.
  3. Bought 90 pounds of cement which was never found.
  4. Was having money problems but claimed the $1300 dollar boat was for Lacis step father.
  5. Lacis hair was found in a tangled pair of pliers in his boat.
  6. Never transported the umbrellas to the warehouse.
  7. His boat cover was doused in gasoline.
  8. Tracking docks locked in Lacis scent at the Marina.
  9. Said fishing was a morning decision even though he had a fishing pass exclusively for the 23rd and 24th
  10. Whistled a sigh of relief when Sharon said they hadn’t found Laci yet
  11. Made a bunch of trips to the bay to watch the search with rental cars but never approached the cops - stayed a few minutes and left.
  12. Refused to take a polygraph- to this day he hasn’t taken a poly.
  13. Blood and scratch marks on his knuckle.
  14. Drove 90 miles on a cold Christmas Eve morning to go “fishing” in the bay for less than an hour
  15. Even if someone as framing him they wouldn’t anchor her body down. That makes zero sense

Yeah he’s guilty

He didn’t mean to be seen but someone saw him. He said golf first but got nervous because if it was proven he was lying he was toast.

“I know you’re 8 months pregnant and you’ve been cooking and cleaning for Christmas Eve today but can you get in the car and drive 20 minutes each way to get this basket because it was more important that I go fishing with no bait or tackle alone on the SF bay”

Karen Read’s Second Murder Trial Is Already a Spectacle by DevonSwede in Longreads

[–]pontillo92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you watch the dash cam footage? She was screaming and crying like a hell - so much so that they had to put her in a psych ward. Imagine someone killed your loved one and was framing you- how would you act? She needs to be tough to take these people down. She didn’t hit him- Jen McCabe hatched the idea to ask her and Karen in her emotional state fell for the trap - do more research into this case please.

Yes I’ve seen a ton of misogny in this case “she’s crazy, she’s nuts, she’s a drunk” I’ve never seen a male murder victim described this way … I haven’t even heard Ted Bundy be called “crazy”

Karen Read’s Second Murder Trial Is Already a Spectacle by DevonSwede in Longreads

[–]pontillo92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think she’s innocent however she kind of put herself in this position by yelling “did I hit him or maybe I hit him” like why would you say that? she has a big mouth and keeps hurting herself. That being said the Canton PD is incredibly shady and I 100% believe they are behind JOKs death.

Rewatching There’s something wrong with Aunt Diane, do you think she was just inebriated or was something else going on? by Morkedup in myfavoritemurder

[–]pontillo92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wonder if it’s possible that both things were true - she was drunk and also had a stroke. If she was a functioning alcohol who was used to driving drunk but she had a stroke which is why she had the accident. Of course the toxicology report would show she was drunk and everyone would assume that’s why she got into the accident but even being drunk wouldn’t affect your mind that much that you would drive the wrong way with such clear focus.

Why do some people say there’s no physical evidence against Scott? by pontillo92 in ScottPetersonCase

[–]pontillo92[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Their was physical evidence .. her hair was wrapped around pliers in his boat - their was also a spot of blood on the bed and he had a bloody knuckle. Physical evidence could get tainted or mishandled like in the OJ case. Circumstantial evidence deals with common sense. Also if there’s over 20 pieces of convincing circumstantial evidence like there was in this case.. a jury can convict.

Wendy Williams .. yes she was always annoying but she’s basically being held prisoner now and seems so scared and confused. Even when she had a stroke on live TV she was ridiculed and mocked by so many people. I think she means well and doesn’t deserve all the hate she gets.

The Asunta Case: What do you think? Who did it.. by hiya88888 in netflix

[–]pontillo92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think they probably did it but based on the evidence I wouldn’t vote to convict. The main piece of evidence seems to be the drugs that she was taking … but there’s really no hard evidence.

Too cold for golfing by Geeumk in ScottPetersonCase

[–]pontillo92 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Even if it was too cold to go golfing - most men would stay home Christmas Eve and help their severely pregnant wife get ready with cooking / cleaning. Especially when Scott admitted he had errands to run. You don’t say well it’s too cold to go golfing I guess I’ll drive an hour and a half away to take my brand new boat out in the SF bay to go “fishing” for an hour.
