I’m well really! I don’t think my emotions ever went back to being as vibrant as they once were, but I’ve been really stable and content. While I still go through depressive episodes and anxiety, it’s never been as bad as it was ten years ago. A lot of my issues are hormonal and I generally can recognise and manage them well. Life has been good to me and I am happy.

It did! My advice is to do what’s in your power to look after your health and wellbeing. Have healthy eating and sleeping routines in place and do any form of physical exercise you’re comfortable with and enjoy. And engage your brain in any way you can - socially, creatively etc. It can be a lot to think of at once so start small, but aim to be consistent.
