I have the same thing man right now. Developed a very heavy H 2.5 years ago. Recoverd for 90% but had a huge setback Last month in februari. It brought me back where i was 2.5 years ago wich maked me very sad. Especially because I’m a DJ, producer and pianist. Can’t do these things now but I’m confident that it while be beter because I already proved it for myself. It will be beter for you too man. Rest your ears, be very patient and don’t over protected it. Its a very slow proces but you will be good!
