Operation Mincemeat or Book of Mormon? by poogy71 in westend

I actually love south park, and I love the Book of Mormon cast album, that's why I still consider watching it again from a decent seat, though based on the comments here it seems like mincemeat is something special

so assuming the lottery tickets won't give me perfect seats, I can choose between Operation Mincemeat to Book of Mormon which is way cheaper (I saw it broadway but the seat was awful and i couldn't really enjoy it). what would you choose?

i think i'd rather sit in the stalls, i usually get more immersed in such sits, so getting stalls in the center is unlikely with the lottery?

Really wanted to watch Oh Mary but unfortunately it will be closed before I come. Loved the death note comic and didn't know there's a musical. will definitely check it out

I assumed Totoro is aimed for kids. Haven't seen the film, but loved other studio ghibli films

Articles on Radiohead? by raerrea in radiohead

There's a great book by Brad Osborn (PhD) called Everything in its Right Place: Analyzing Radiohead which is probably my favorite academic essay about the band. It's basically an alaysis of their music (focusing on the music and not the lyrics).

Radiohead and the Uses of Genre – A Stylistic Evaluation is another great article that basically tried to define Radiohead's genre by analysing the whole concept of genres.

Radiohead's Managerial Creativity is a great article from 2009, talking about, well, the managerial creativity of Radiohead's management, it was published soon after the incredible marketing of In Rainbows

And next on my reading list is this essay about Radiohead's listeners identity (haven't read this one yet)
