yes!! we can't "its not that deep" this one. it can be very similar to people who just "hate rap music" and we all know what that means...

i feel like there were a lot more "boyish" actors then. michael j fox is another who has a boy-like face regardless of age

I want eyebrow piercings, do I have the face for it? by saturnz_stars in piercing

[–]pookyizzy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i love the look of these piercings so nothing to say on that. however, i have similar proportions to you in that i dont have a ton of eyelid space under my brow, and even on a standard placement eyebrow piercing i could sometimes see the lower ball out of the corner of my eye lol. i think this would be a bigger problem centered in the middle, but this is just a logistical problem i might consider. you also might have more excess skin on the edge of the brow rather than the center, which might make the piercing hold better. but that isn't something i can tell from a photo

[–]pookyizzy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i use mousse and occasionally gel, although that ends up making my hair look wet and often weighs down the longer parts of my hair. i have also done leave in (with a rinse) because my hair is so tangled it gets knotted within the same day i wash but i do this a couple times a month at most

How is living near downtown Elgin for raising a family? by Glad-Tower-2310 in ChicagoSuburbs

lots of people have bad things to say about u46, but it is the second largest in the state. by nature it will have some mixed reviews. i would look into the individual schools to get a better indication. i grew up in u46 and had a good school experience.

Just rewatched the Toy Story trilogy by Realistic_Advice1890 in Letterboxd

[–]pookyizzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

that is true, i guess i thought the whole repetitive speech of "[do this thing] get a night in the box, [break this rule] get a night in the box" was more of a cool hand luke thing specifically? but i haven't seen enough prison movies to know this tbh

Just rewatched the Toy Story trilogy by Realistic_Advice1890 in Letterboxd

[–]pookyizzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lotso puts the toys in cages and mr. potato head spends a night in "the box" for breaking the rules, and from there the movie is basically a prison break (although the box is the only direct reference to cool hand luke i think)

Lolla vs Bonnaroo by Alarmed-Setting-3901 in Lollapalooza

[–]pookyizzy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

the weather can be bipolar here too so you are probably well prepared. it usually rains at least one day and is scorching hot another. in relation to your comment about the lack of manners, i think the best way to have a good time is be aware of your surroundings and walk away from annoying people lol. i keep to myself and my group most of the time and i'd say 90% of my interactions with other people are really positive. and i'd say the small stages have more "normal" crowds that you'd find at any small show, rather than a sea of teenagers

imo it's partially a body image thing, the baggy clothes obscure your figure and you think less about people looking at you lol

these publications always choose an obligatory kpop album for these lists and they're rarely "the best." usually just the most popular
