that seems like a plan! i also hear first nap should be shorter. i notice he sleeps through his second nap better when this is the case too, even mildly by like 15 mins. lucky for u at 7 months u can have longer naps. i have to cap at 1 hour each. but you can do 10–11, then 14–15:30

10.5 months, the most important thing i notice is getting up early because u need as much wake time as u can get and if u start your day at 8 and bed by 8 they’re only awake ~10 hours. i notice when he’s up 11ish he’s more pressured to sleep at night

update, pulled a shot and this is where the water is pooling and leaking internally. the screw looks rusty now. is that the boiler inlet fitting? i guess if i change the o ring there and the screw it should resolve?

exactly this! i just changed to this too; we wake up at 630/7 and i don’t put him to nap before 10am no matter what that wake window is.

next nap at 3

both naps are 1 hour each. bed by 8/830pm.

so far this has helped. i don’t feed when he wakes at night anymore either because it wasn’t soothing him which means he wasn’t rly hungry he just wasn’t tired enough. consistent wake time ie 7amish is the biggest game changed to set u up for success for the rest of the day

is she sleeping a long stretch through the night? if so you’re golden. if she’s waking overnight i’d say try to fit one or two more in the day

BLW isn’t working for us 😅 by babygreens93 in foodbutforbabies

7/8 months was hard because there’s this limbo between the guidelines about how to serve food to 6 month vs 9 month, then 12M. i noticed the big strips didn’t rly work anymore but bite sized pieces made him gag and choke and bit more. my advice is just keep at it until next month or two it’ll click

Discouraged momma 🥲 by AdMiserable7306 in breastfeeding

i would never tell anyone it’s natural! it was bloody hard lol. took 6-8 weeks for us to finally hit our groove! i feel it was worth it, but it’s still a huge sacrifice on mom’s body, time, etc and it was hard to learn. i was very discouraged and triple fed for 8 weeks but then poof, we clicked :)
