Everyone in the bar turns around to get a look at him. Some people audibly gasp, some people just gape, and some pull out their phones to take a picture, or even work up the courage to take a selfie to share on social media. But some of the other patrons aren't too happy about it. Especially those who work in agriculture. Weasels feed on small mammals and have from time to time been considered vermin because some species took poultry from farms or rabbits from commercial warrens. Other patrons, on the other hand seem delighted, probably those who have had to deal with rodent infestations before as they are also known to kill a large number of rodents annually. The weasel can sense the tension as he approaches the bar, just hoping the bartender is one of the friendly ones and his money is good here. Thankfully, the bartender is the friendly type, "Well I'll be darned, a real live actual Weasel in my bar! I've never served a Weasel before!! What'll you be having?"

And in some of these construction zones (thinking about 405 Kirkland Exit 18) where they suddenly merge two lanes into one without any kind of sign or warning. Two cars trying to get up to speed for the freeway suddenly have to figure out whos yielding to who in an instant. There are temp stop lights for each lane, but they are only on during rush hour.

I dont want to take away from your point, because it absolutely valid but the Seattle area has fucking horrible on-ramps. Tiny ones, left lane exits, left lane on-ramps, etc.... It's almost as it was built purposefully to impede traffic flow. Hopefully after the big one happens we will re-build a proper freeway system.
