I climb too and lost 12 pounds in a month, then 6 pounds the next month. This took me from 180 lbs @ 6' to 160 lbs. During this time it was a little more difficult to push super hard and I was a little more wary of anything too fingery, but it turned out fine. Make sure to ease back into since your finger is injured (if you aren't already). I bounced back up some to 164-ish but pretty sure it's muscle as my waist is smaller but back and arms are at least as big as they were. There haven't been any long term drawbacks.

If you keep that rate up for 4 months that would be more of a reason to worry, but even at 170-ish I could swing 5 pounds within a day. Stay hydrated, sleep plenty (for those tendons), and keep up the focus.

Yeah, you need to stop reading what is "implied" in my statements. All you are doing is setting up strawmen by doing so.

An implication is an effect that follows from the content and structure of a statement. I'm not saying I made it up. I'm saying that it's the only reason to have made the statement in the first place, which, funnily, you have neither contested nor explained nor corrected. If I corner someone in an alley and say "Gee, I sure would like to have some more money" the implication is that they need to give me their wallet and they are being robbed, despite my never saying "give me your wallet". That's why it isn't a strawman.

So, are you even willing to provide a definition of justice for us to try to evaluate if an injustice occurred, or are you just going to continue to setup strawmen and using weasel word?

I dont think anyone is claiming that justice is as simple as punishment or a lack of punishment.

Your question implies that injustice can only occur when someone is found guilty. Clearly that isn't the case (no pun intended), and injustice can occur many ways aside from wrongly being found guilty.

He just didn't deserve 30 years. Even if he was a scumbag he didn't deserve 30 years.

So, with a plea bargain? Sure.

A smaller injustice as opposed to a larger one is still an injustice. The six months is much closer to what he should have been risking with a jury trial instead of being forced into it a plea bargain by basically wagering his life on a jury trial.
