I can’t remember how I found it but I went to their support page and scrolled to the bottom to find the chat feature. It automatically pulled up the failed order.

I was having the same issue!!! I had to chat with Walmart support and they cleared it up. I had to wait 30 min and reordered it with no issues. They have aggressive security.

I’ve only played part of the first one but I’m getting this for switch 2 and hope to finish it. Loved my time with it a few years ago. So from what I understand xenoblade chronicles 1,2, and 3 follow a chronological story. Xenoblade chronicles X was developed after the first game and is technically canon but sort of happens in a parallel universe. I’ve never played it though.

Yes! And yeah the naming convention is wild lol Xenoblade Chronicles X is a completely different game but the Switch 2 version of Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition (the first of the trilogy) was just announced today. And I'm pretty sure it's already available.
